The most important medium of modern times for making art comprehensively available is the internet. Detailed websites that document the life and work of artists and can be accessed at any time are part of the general standard of culture and art education. The Foundation therefore decided early on to have high-quality websites created for the protagonists of the Artists' Colony at the Black House in Solingen.
Each artist of the Artists' Colony (Bettina Heinen-Ayech, Erwin Bowien, Amud Uwe Millies, Hanns Heinen) as well as the great muse of the artists (Erna Heinen-Steinhoff) will be provided with individual homepages, which will comprehensively document the life and work of the personalities and make their art visible with high-quality images. These homepages will be regularly updated and adapted to the state of research.
Further homepages will gradually be created about the personalities who have had a decisive influence on the Artists' Colony.
